Our office in Miami is already a year old, a long-awaited project that started to run, finally, at the beginning of summer 2015. The office was established to monitor from Miami those projects being developed by Humiclima in the Caribbean Region, provide a better and closer service to our clients strengthen relations with American Hospitality Companies based in Miami but with business interests in the area, launch a Purchasing & Logistics center and organizing administratively our branch offices, so to speak, give a step ahead.
Humiclima was established 40 years ago, and about the half of that time it has been working in the Caribbean Region, first just working as installers in several projects, later once we opened our first office in Mexico in 2003. Currently, there are already 7 (Miami - USA, Playa del Carmen - Mexico, Montego Bay - Jamaica, Bavaro - Dominican Rep., Port Au Prince - Haiti, City of Panama - Panama, Bahia - Brazil), also adding the other 3 sites where Humiclima is working right know (St. Kitts, St. Lucia and Barbados) although with no permanent office yet.

This year's performance is being quite positive, the project has evolved much better than expected, so Humiclima has diversified to commit other works. Humiclima has no geographical limits, it can develop any project anywhere and provide its client a “turn-key” project, including not only the performance of the installations but also Logistics, Procurement and Commissioning.
Humiclima’s Miami office is the link among all branch offices, a support to all the personnel and sites deployed all through the region.

Our delegate Ignacio Blasco, at the ceremony of CHRIS Awards, where one of the projects developed by Humiclima DESIGN & BUILD , Marriott Port Au Prince, was awarded as Development of the Year 2015. Durante la visita a la 2016 AHR Expo, la Feria Internacional más importante en el sector de la Climatización celebrada en Orlando.
