Humiclima y la norma RITE

 

Este mes repasamos algunas cuestiones básicas de la normativa RITE, Reglamento de Instalaciones térmicas en los edificios, en concreto en todo aquello que tiene relación con el cumplimiento de la IT-3 dedicada al mantenimiento.

  1. ¿Qué es RITE?

El Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios (RITE) establece las condiciones que deben cumplir las instalaciones destinadas a atender la demanda de bienestar térmico e higiene de las personas a través de las instalaciones de calefacción, climatización, ventilación y  producción de agua caliente sanitaria para conseguir un uso racional de la energía.

 

  1. ¿Qué es el IT-3?

Esta instrucción técnica en particular contiene las exigencias que deben cumplir las instalaciones térmicas con el fin de asegurar que su funcionamiento, a lo largo de su vida útil, se realice con la máxima eficiencia energética, garantizando la seguridad, la durabilidad y la protección del medio ambiente, así como las exigencias establecidas en el proyecto o memoria técnica de la instalación final realizada.

 

  1. ¿A qué instalaciones afecta?

A las instalaciones de calefacción, climatización y agua caliente sanitaria.

 

  1. ¿Desde qué potencia es obligatorio el contrato de mantenimiento y desde qué potencia es necesario el certificado anual de mantenimiento?

Desde 5 kW es obligatorio el certificado de mantenimiento.

Para potencia superior a 70 kW es necesario contrato de mantenimiento.

 

  1. Humiclima empresa habilitada

Empresa mantenedora de instalaciones térmicas en edificios es la persona física o jurídica que realiza el mantenimiento y la reparación de las instalaciones térmicas, en la que se establezcan, una declaración responsable en la que el titular de la empresa o su representante legal manifieste que cumple los requisitos que se exigen por este reglamento, que disponen de la documentación que así lo acredita y que se comprometen a mantenerlos durante la vigencia de la actividad.

 

  1. ¿Quién nos habilita?

El organismo oficial de cada comunidad autónoma, en este caso, la Conselleria de Industria.

 

  1. ¿En qué mejora el RITE la calidad de los edificios?

Aparte de lo comentado en el punto 1, bienestar térmico e higiene de las personas a través de las instalaciones de calefacción, climatización, ventilación y  producción de agua caliente sanitaria, para conseguir un uso racional de la energía, añadir que alarga la vida y la eficiencia de los equipos…
