Courtyard by Marriot Kingston opened at the end of last November, 2015. With its design cosy and functional, the first hotel of the Hospitality Company in the capital city incorporates all MEP installations performed by Humiclima. The hotel has 129 guestrooms, pool, fitness center, restaurant and conference room. It is the first new hotel in Kingston in the last 30 years and it is also the first LEED-certified building on the island.

2015 has been a good year for the Humiclima’s office in Jamaica regarding projects being handed over. We started 2015 with our first Hyatt, later a new hospital for the Hospiten Group already in operation, the refurbishment of Grand Bahia Principe Jamaica, now Marriott that will be followed by the Fiesta Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. Humiclima starts 2016 working in two Royalton Hotels, White Sands and Negril.

Marriott has been lately in the news for becoming the world first Hospitality Company after purchasing Starwood Hotels & Resorts, 5.500 hotels altogether providing 1,1 million rooms.
