This summer, Humiclima has terminated three Hotel Projects in three different geographic areas

IKOS PORTOPETRO HOTEL

First operation of this Greek Hotel Company in Mallorca (Spain)

Installations of Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Sewage and Fire Extinction in machine rooms, guest and staff areas are included.

BAHIA PRINCIPE CAYO LEVANTADO HOTEL

Refurbishment of the facilities of the 219-room Resort located in the Dominican Republic.

Humiclima has been assigned the Mechanical Installations (HVAC, Plumbing and Sewage, Stormwater and Fire Extinction Systems) in machine rooms, guest and staff areas.

ST REGIS KANAI HOTEL

Newly built Resort Hotel featuring 140 keys with different categories of suites and 40 keys of villas, in which Humiclima has implemented the MEP installations (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) as well as Fire Extinction installation in accordance with Marriott Standards and NFPA Regulations.

This is the second Hotel out of three that make up the Kanai Hotel Project (Mexico), all of them equipped with Humiclima Installations.
