Opening Portals Hills Hotel
After almost a year of work, Humiclima has handed over this project that before opening had already won several design awards.

The brand new Hotel Boutique Portals Hills opened its doors in May. Humiclima, for the 10 months that has remained on site, has performed the HVAC installation, plumbing & sewage, fire protection and irrigation systems, in addition to the supply and assembling of the sanitary fittings at the hotel.
The new hotel is located at Portals and it is an example of style and good design being a flagship project in the area. This is illustrated by the fact that the project won two awards at the European Property Awards before even being opened: “Best New Small Hotel Construction” & “Residential Development”.
The hotel has 29 suites and two penthouses with mediterranean style although with aesthetical influences typical from Miami.
Also, it provides luxury services: 2 restaurants, club, pool bar, pool and solarium, gym, wellness center, conference and meeting room and boutique. Both guestrooms and guest areas, whose decoration remains art deco, enjoy beautiful views to the sea.
